I am going to move to two new interconnected servers (one for Apache and another one for MySQL). The specs I chose are as follows: Apache Server: - Dual Processor Quad Core Xeon 5405 - 2.00GHz (Harpertown) - 2 x 12MB cache - RAM 6GB - HD: 2x 146 GB 10K RPM SCSI/SAS HDD - 4000 GB bandwidth Price: $633/month. MySql Server: - Dual Xeon 5130, 2.00GHz (Woodcrest) - 2 x 4MB cache - RAM 8GB - HD: 2x 146 GB 10K RPM SCSI/SAS HDD - 2000 GB bandwidth. Price: $406/month. 1st question: Is it a wise choice for Mysql server to go down to 5130 and increase the RAM to 8GB? This is my first time setting up a static IP address and I need to open my port.I have done all the steps and it worked but only for a minuite then it said my port was closed. I am very confused. Hello, I am trying to load and mp3 player swf that uses components (and a php file), into my main flash movie. It loads but none of the components work, i.e the combo box does not drop down. I tested the file on its own in a browser and it works fine, but not when I use loadMovie to load it into my main flash movie. Any help would be appreciated. I would just build the mp3 player in my main movie but I read in the help files that components have to be in frame 1 in order to work. This sounds extremly limiting so I know there has to be a way around that. Previously when I had my P&S EX-P700, when i had to shoot long exposure, I used my remote so that the image won't be blur. Now I changed to D80, which I wanna know is there a way to shoot long exposure without holding your finger on the shutter-release button? My toilet will flush fine one time and then very slow / lazy the next time and not even drain all the way? I do not feel there is a clog in the line as I can dump a full five gallon bucket of water very fast down the bowl with the toilet flushing too with no problem. I do not feel the holes in the top of the bowl where the water enters in a spiral pattern are blocked. I use a wire to make sure there were no obstructions there. The water level in the tank is as high at it has ever been (near the top). Does any one have any suggestions on what I might try next? Alright, I'm sure it's somewhere in this forum on how to do it but I just don't understand most of this talk. I'm trying to do light graffiti with slow shutter speeds and wide aperture. I don't understand that. I have a Canon Rebel Gii 35mm SLR camera and I can't figure out how to set a shutter speed from 5-30 seconds. Hi all, I am just getting used to my Nikkon D40X and I now understand shutter speed but not great on Aperture. So I put my camera on "A" setting last night so that it works out the right Aperture for me and I set everything else. But when I tried to do this the shutter speed was incredibly slow? any idea how I speed the shutter speed up on the "A" setting (If this is possible)? If not, any other suggestions? Hello, I am trying to load and mp3 player swf that uses components (and a php file), into my main flash movie. It loads but none of the components work, i.e the combo box does not drop down. I tested the file on its own in a browser and it works fine, but not when I use loadMovie to load it into my main flash movie. Any help would be appreciated. Previously when I had my P&S EX-P700, when i had to shoot long exposure, I used my remote so that the image won't be blur. Now I changed to D80, which I wanna know is there a way to shoot long exposure without holding your finger on the shutter-release button? Alright, so yesterday my neighbour let me borrow his well used guitar. He said it was in fine condition and me, the unknowledgable beginner guitarist, trusted him. Im watching videos on Youtube for beginner guitars and everytime they play something while holding the strings down, it sounds nice, but when I do it, it doesnt strum, it sounds like it doesnt when you hold ALL the strings down. I watched the video a bunch of times placing and replacing my fingers exactly but it doesnt work. Am I doing it wrong or is it the guitar? My toilet will flush fine one time and then very slow / lazy the next time and not even drain all the way? I do not feel there is a clog in the line as I can dump a full five gallon bucket of water very fast down the bowl with the toilet flushing too with no problem. I do not feel the holes in the top of the bowl where the water enters in a spiral pattern are blocked. I use a wire to make sure there were no obstructions there. The water level in the tank is as high at it has ever been (near the top). Does any one have any suggestions on what I might try next? Alright, I'm sure it's somewhere in this forum on how to do it but I just don't understand most of this talk. I'm trying to do light graffiti with slow shutter speeds and wide aperture. I don't understand that. I have a Canon Rebel Gii 35mm SLR camera and I can't figure out how to set a shutter speed from 5-30 seconds. I think I know how to change the aperture to the widest settings, 32 is as far as it will go up I think. So with that said, how do I set the shutter speed from 5-30 seconds? First of all, can Netflix find out if you have burned a dvd from its movie because it looks like i will have to break down he copy protected thing. Hi all, I am just getting used to my Nikkon D40X and I now understand shutter speed but not great on Aperture. So I put my camera on "A" setting last night so that it works out the right Aperture for me and I set everything else. But when I tried to do this the shutter speed was incredibly slow? any idea how I speed the shutter speed up on the "A" setting (If this is possible)? If not, any other suggestions?
